The way we treat ourselves

The way we treat ourselves and the way we move and react has a decisive influence on our health and well-being.

This is F.M. Alexander's thesis. A mirror of this way we "use ourselves" (or rather, more often, misuse our bodies) are the co-ordination patterns on which all our movements are based.

The Alexander Technique is so attractive because it enables you to recognise these patterns and correct them wherever necessary. Then you will experience how your life changes to the positive.
